Quality management system policy
The NEWBLOCK SL Quality Management System Policy is fully based upon the satisfaction of our customers’ requirements, and to achieve this target it is supported by the following principles:
-To make sure that the services given to our customers are done upon optimal conditions, and that in the terms and time limits previously agreed with them.
-To comply with all the legal requirements and regulations of the applying normative and rulings of our Freight Forwarding activities.
-To have the most backgrounded and prepared staff for the development of our activity.
-To raise awareness and promote this staff about the importance of the work that each one performs in their common objective, which is to achieve the satisfaction of their clients.
-Planning objectives to improve our Quality Management System, controlling risks to the quality of service, reducing costs or improving those aspects less valued by our customers. These objectives will be reviewed annually, including a commitment from the organization for the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
To achieve this, the NEWBLOCK S.L. Management is fully committed to the review, communication and adequate understanding of its Quality Policy. In addition to providing, the necessary means to achieve the principles on which it is supported.
